Our farms are located on the western part of El Salvador. They are part of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain range.   This region is famous for its fertile, volcanic soils. 

In our farms we grow different varietals such as: Bourbon, Pacas, Pacamara, Mocca, Bernardina, among others. We use Ingas and native mountain trees as shade for our coffee farms.  We incorporate technology and innovation to traditional husbandry practices.   Our coffee farms contribute to the preservation and improvement of our environment.   We are constantly training our staff. 

Harvest season begins in October and finishes in March.  Coffee cherries are harvested by hand when they have reached their optimal ripeness.

Our coffee farms are beautiful and organized. They provide a home for various species of plants and animals. They are a positive contribution to our environment by capturing water and CO2.
