The name of our mill is “Beneficio Vivagua”.   Our focus is to preserve the quality and traceability of the coffees that we process.

Our coffees are processed as washed, semi-washed, natural, honey. And we like to experiment with different processing methods.

Our specialty coffees are dried under the sun. At the dry mill, the green coffee is sorted by different machines that select the beans by weight, size, density and color.

At the end of the process, we have two cleaning bands where expert women remove any defects that the machines did not detect. Our specialty coffees are cero defects.
